우리는 체사피크 해안의 술집에서 처음 만났지.
하얀 부츠에 빨간 블라우스를 입은 그녀.
  A tabletop dancer
She would smile on cue

She'd been dancin for ages
Through cities of bars

Of scoring in cars
  도시의 술집 곳곳을 돌며 오랜시간
춤을 추었던 그녀.
그녀는 차안에서 갖는 섹스는
이제 그만 두었지.

She'd been drained of her spirit
All caged up in this zoo

Angel in blue   동물원 같은 곳에 같혀 있었던 그녀의
영혼은 이제 고갈이 되어버렸고
삵괭이 같이 되어버렸네.

그녀는 나에게 이렇게 말했지, "꿈도 꾸지 마세요."라고.
